Faster and safer travel on the route Poznan - Wroclaw operated with the use of the devices manufactured by Kolejowe Zakłady Łączności.
The aim of the modernization of the railway line E59 was to shorten the time and increase the comfort and safety of travelling.
The second stage of modernization of the railway line E59 included the modernization of the section from Wroclaw to the border of the province of Lower Silesia. The objective of the project was to suit the line to the speed of 160 km/h with elements of solutions designed for the speed of 200 km/h.
The route from Poznan to Wroclaw is part of an international transport route from Malmo to Vienna and Budapest. This is the shortest railway connection between Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
With its engineering solutions, Kolejowe Zakłady Łączności supported the modernization of the route that is strategic for the infrastructure of the European Union, providing and installing modern railway telecommunications devices.
